About me

My creative journey started with a foray into acting, which exposed me to great plays and the broader world of literature.   I soon found everything that intrigued me about acting – creative expression, psychology, subconscious-led adventures - were also elements of what I enjoyed about writing.

I’ve dabbled in music but found I have a better ear for words.  Most recently, I’ve taken up photography, which in some ways has been a catalyst for my writing.  Both photography and fiction share the same heartbeat for me: capturing moments that matter, whether in pixels or prose.
 
In a previous life, I served Fortune 500 companies and educational organizations as a technical writer (among other things) and exhibited my work here for prospective clients.  If you find the writing section of my site light, it’s because I’ve recently scrubbed it of uneventful business samples as part of a revamp entirely dedicated to my creative alter ego.  It’s also because I’ve been working on a novel, which isn’t the kind of thing content blitzes are made of.   An excerpt is published on this site to give you a peek into my literary world.
