About me

As a kid, I was fascinated with film – how scenes, expressions, or even a single frame could tell a great story and express an idea about the human experience.  Cinematic moments shaped the way I saw the world long before I considered myself a creative.

Over time, that early fascination became an invitation to step inside the stories - first through film, then theater. Acting gave me an opportunity to understand different human perspectives and explore the human psyche. It also exposed me to great literature.  The more I read, the more I appreciated the written word and the power of fiction to move hearts and minds.

Eventually, I came to realize these interests were all connected. Whether it is writing or composing a scene through the lens, I enjoy discovering the importance of what lies underneath.
